I had a great spring break. I got caught up on my embroidery, I was able to get out a few blog posts, I read a couple books, and I watched all the movies in the Conjuring universe. I even extended my break another week because why not? I read some more, did more embroidery and took the kids camping.

Sometimes you do the right and responsible thing for so long it feels like you don’t get to enjoy anything. We finally chose to use some money to take a family vacation, even if it wasn’t a fancy one. I know I needed to get away. I can’t even remember the last time I went on vacation. It’s been at least 10 years. I felt like I was going crazy.

Now that spring break is over it’s back to class, studying and working on assignments. I’m back to the job hunt and have an interview tomorrow. We’ll see how that goes. I’m already thinking about our next camping trip though. Enjoy the only photos I got on our trip.
